Viticoltura biologica

Growing organic means renouncing the use of all synthetic products, both for the fertilization and disease control. All the products used are of natural origin and GMO-free.

A type of agriculture that has a lower environmental impact both because it limits the quantity of elements that could have repercussions on the ecosystem (such as nitrogen and copper) and because it does not introduce synthetic substances into the environment and therefore unknown to the soil microflora. Furthermore, the lack of chemical products that have a long persistence on the plant requires a more careful agronomic management of the plant which results in better quality of the fruit.
